Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones This Flu Season
Champions for Health, in partnership with the Grossmont Healthcare District, is offering free flu shots for seniors and caregivers across East San Diego County this fall.
These convenient pop-up clinics are held at trusted community sites and staffed by licensed healthcare professionals. No insurance or appointment needed.
Who Can Get a Free Flu Shot?
These clinics are open to the following individuals:
- Adults 55 years and older
- Adult caregivers of seniors or immunocompromised individuals
- Adult household members who live with someone age 65+ or immunocompromised
- Staff who serve older adults or immunocompromised individuals in any capacity
All vaccines are provided free of charge through California’s state vaccine program.
What to Expect at the Clinic:
- Quick and friendly service
- No insurance or payment required
- Staffed by licensed nurses and trained volunteers
- High-dose flu vaccine available for those 65+
- Walk-ins welcome (no appointment needed)
