Champions for Health is proud to announce, in partnership with The Doctors Company, the introduction of a cost-free, Continuing Medical Education (CME) course series based on guidelines and materials produced by The Alzheimer’s Project San Diego Clinical Roundtable. The series seeks to educate primary care providers and support staff on standardized screening, evaluation, and disease management of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, so they are empowered to deal more effectively with the rising number of individuals in their practice who are experiencing cognitive decline.

These courses are meant to act as training tools, that can be taken at the learner’s own convenience. We highly encourage you to revisit as needed. Courses are available to all interested; check with your specific professional continuing education guidelines for eligibility to earn credits.
